These Terms form an agreement between you and Rotation Technologies Inc. By creating an account or using ROTATION, you agree to these Terms and the Community Standards.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Permitted use
ROTATION gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not reverse engineer the service except where law permits, interfere with security or availability, scrape user information, impersonate others, use the service unlawfully, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Messages and user content
You keep ownership of content you enter. You give ROTATION a limited licence to host, transmit, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Direct messages must follow the Community Standards. ROTATION has zero tolerance for threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing or otherwise abusive content. We may filter content, review reports, restrict features, remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these rules.
ROTATION+
ROTATION+ is a monthly subscription billed in Canadian dollars through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. It renews until cancelled. One paying member may invite one companion to a free, read-only Home View. Companion access does not include ROTATION+ premium tools, cannot be transferred or resold, and is paused when the sponsoring membership is inactive. The member may revoke access and the companion may leave at any time. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal. Deleting an account attempts to cancel an active subscription before permanent deletion. Taxes may apply.
Planning information
ROTATION is an organizational tool, not financial, tax, employment, nutrition, legal, medical or safety advice. Verify schedules, pay, travel, food and other important decisions with the appropriate employer or professional.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will identify the effective date of the current version. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using ROTATION or delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or security threats. Provisions that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rotation Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of ROTATION. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
